GORAKALLU BALANCING RESERVOIR PROJECT

Prasad & Company is executing the work of Investigation, Designing and Construction of Sri. Narasimharaya Sagar Gorakallu Balancing Reservoir with a live storage of 10.29 TMC at F.R.L +261M and with over flow arrangement to discharge 848 cu. m. of surplus water. Its intake canal capacity is for a flood flow discharge of 140.45 cu.m ecs and an outlet arrangement for a discharge of 67.96 cu.m. ecs to connect SRBC, near Gorakallu V Panyam M in Kurnool Dist., Andhra Pradesh. It is an EPC Contract, with M/S. SABIR, SEW & PRASAD – JOINT VENTURE with a contract period of 36 months. The work is in brisk progress.
